Arrival & Welcome :
- Soft music playing, hot or cold towel, welcome drink, thread ceremony (setting an intention)
- Retire to the rooms.
- 4 pm to 4:30 pm introductions.
- 4:30 to 5:30 pm gentle yoga and breathwork.
- 5:30 to 6 pm tea break and interactions and introductions.
- 6 pm to 7 pm forest immersion walk.
- Retire to rooms
- 8 pm to 8:30 pm dinner
- 8:45 pm to 10 pm crystal bowl healing
- 6 am to 6:30 am herbal tea
- 6:30 am to 7:30 pool yoga water therapy/forest walk
- 8:30 am breakfast
- Retire to room
- 11 am to 12 pm talk on applied yoga philosophy in the modern context followed by group discussion
- Journalling/card prompt – what patterns or thoughts do I keep repeating. What is it that I personally want to get rid of within myself.
- 1:30 pm lunch
- Retire to room
- 4 pm to 5 pm assisted yoga or yin yoga
- 5 pm to 5:30 pm tea break
- 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm meditation through the tanpura (with alaps)
- Retire to room
- 8 pm to 8:45 pm dinner
- 9 pm to 10 pm bonfire
- 6 am to 6:30 am herbal tea
- 6:30 am to 7:30 am Sunrise meditation and sun salutations
- 8:30 am to 9:30 am breakfast
- 9:30 am to 10:30 am nutrition workshop
- 10:30 am to 11 am closing ritual (beyond the retreat). Small diaries to take back. What will you consciously change for yourself. And manifestations written in the diary. Keep under the bed and bring out after six months
