Her calm presence and patience allow students to feel at ease , whether they are beginners or experienced practitioners,
She is an Ayush Certified Yoga instructor and evaluator having decades of experience in the both, practice and teaching.
In addition to her teaching, Rashmi is also an author of two best-selling self-help books through which she has supported many individuals in discovering more clarity, balance and their highest potential.
